Gary Howes of the Durable Group gives a presentation In Bishops Hall, describing work needed to repair and preserve our historic church building.
Gary, an expert in historic preservation, describes the problems with the brick and mortar system used during previous repairs, why corrective repairs are required, and the repair methods being proposed to restore and preserve our church building.

CPEX representatives Boo Thomas and Haley Blakeman presented the rationale and drawings of the CPEX Draft Master Plan before an audience in Bishops Hall on Tuesday, May 10. You can view the presentation slides here. Comments and suggestions remain open until June 1 and should be directed to Haley Blakeman.
Our consultants will present the first draft “conceptual plan” based on our first round of surveys and meetings, and we want your feedback!

The Campus Master Plan was identified as a goal in St. James’ recent Strategic Plan.
Thank you to those who participated in this week's campus master plan design charrette!
Sixty-nine people attended the town hall meeting on Monday; over 40 stopped by to share their ideas with the design team Monday through Wednesday; and, 144 filled out surveys. In addition, over 384 individual comments were collected. Your ideas will help shape the physical plan for how our campus functions and grows in the future.

Consultants will share the resulting draft campus master plan on Wednesday, May 10. The final plan will not be complete until August, so please continue to stay involved and give your feedback.
