2019 Lenten Quiet Morning

Join us on Saturday, March 23 from 9:00 a.m. 'til noon, for Lenten Quiet Time.

The Rev. Janet Vincent has served parishes in New York and Washington, DC over her 35 years of priesthood. While serving as rector of Grace Church in White Plains, New York, she volunteered as a chaplain at the World Trade Center site after 9/11. Her experiences were featured on the PBS NewsHour in 2006 as they observed the fifth anniversary of that terrible day. Janet will use excerpts from a journal she kept of her time at Ground Zero as she explores questions of doubt, faith, hope and companionship.

Janet is semi-retired and lives in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley of New York state. She is a lifelong Yankees fan and avid photographer. She was also a classmate of Fr. Ralph’s at General Seminary, and Fr. Chris’ supervisor during seminary at St. Columba’s Episcopal Church in Washington, DC.

Registration is requested so proper arrangements can be made. Please complete and submit the form, below:
