St. James Episcopal Church and Day School families are invited to join us on August 16 for our annual Back-to-School Bash & Blessing of the Backpacks to celebrate the start of a new school year together.
10:30 a.m. – All are welcome for a service of Holy Eucharist during which we’ll have our annual Blessing of the Backpacks.
11:45 a.m. – Following the service, join us to celebrate In Bishop’s Hall with burgers cooked up by Chef Brooks, games for all ages, slip & slides, sprinkler pools, and sweet treats! Everyone will get to see the newly renovated playground!
Students don’t forget to bring:
- Backpack
- Sunscreen
- Towel
- Swimsuit or Comfortable Clothing
