Usage Data

We use third-party services for parishioner/donor/payor data management and payment processing, and such parishioner/donor/payor personal information is provided directly to our third-party data management provider, ACS Technologies. If the web address in your browser address has changed from “stjamesbr.org/… ” to “secure.accessacs.com/access/…,” you have entered our third-party provider website in order to complete your request.

We do not store or collect your payment details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. The payment processor we work with is Vanco. Their Privacy Policy may be viewed at vancopayments.com/security/.

St. James Episcopal Church newsletters and list-style notices are sent through email management software on our web servers and under our control, based on your subscription request submitted online, by email, or other means of personal request and approval. Your subscription information is not disclosed to any third party. Your subscription may be changed at your discretion on our subscription page. You may opt out of receiving any or all of our newsletters/list-style announcements at any time using the personal opt-out notification located at the very bottom of every email.
